A holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Co-operative Business or Community Development and Social Work with:
- At least Upper Second Class Honours
- Lower Second Class Honours and proven evidence of research or three years relevant work experience
- Pass and five (5) years work experience post qualification experience.
- Pass and Postgraduate Diploma
A holder of Bachelors degree in any discipline with at least Second Class Honours (Upper Division) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Co-operative Management
